Remove the electromagnet plug on the main overflow valve, press the positive pump button, then slowly adjust the superimposed overflow valve, observe the reversing pressure gauge, and lock the adjusting rod if the pressure is.

2、Accumulator unloading ball valve regulation

After adjusting the overflow valve, the adjustment of the accumulator unloading ball valve is also very important. The operation steps are as follows: open the accumulator unloading ball valve, loosen all the adjusting rods of the unloading overflow valve, then close the accumulator unloading ball valve, slowly tighten the adjusting rod of the unloading overflow valve, and then observe the condition of the reversing pressure gauge. When the pressure indication is 16MPa, the adjustment can be stopped, Lock the adjustment lever.
