Features: 

1.Gate, there are two seal face, sealing surface form a wedge, the wedge Angle vary with the valve parameters, usually for 5 °.  

2.The sealing principle of wedge-type gate valve is based on the close combination of two sealing surfaces on the wedge and two sealing surfaces of the valve body, thus achieving the sealing performance.  

3.The wedge-type gate valve can be divided into the gate valve and the blind stem gate valve (rotary lever gate valve).  

4.Wedge-type gate valves can be divided into flexible gate valves and rigid gate valves according to the structure of the gate.  

5.The valve body is foundry, the body and bonnet are bolted, the middle flange is sealed with wound gasket, and the metal ring connection can be used when the customer has special request.  

6.Smooth passage and low flow coefficient. The cover is washed and eroded by the medium.  

7.The sealing surface adopts alloy steel or hard alloy, good abrasion resistance and good abrasion resistance.  

8.Flexible graphite packing is adopted to seal reliable and easy to operate. 

9.The flow direction of the medium is unrestricted, undisturbed and not reduced.
