Main performance characteristics of AW pneumatic actuators:

.AW pneumatic actuators are divided into double acting, single acting (spring reset), 2 separation cylinders. Easy to make large cylinder body. Meet the requirements of various large rotating valves.

.Large output torque, flexible motion balance, the inner wall of the cylinder and the piston shaft hard chrome plating, has the very good antifriction sex, all moving parts with oil free between shaft and guide ring to reduce friction coefficient, prolong service life, u-shaped curve characteristics of AW pneumatic actuator output torque is more suitable for large diameter ball valve, butterfly valve.

.The sliding device made of low friction material is used to avoid direct contact between metal and metal.

.The fixed hole of the underside is convenient for the actuator to connect with the valve and make it correct, which conforms to ISO5211 / DIN3337 standard.

.The bottom hole assembly is square, facilitate connected to the valve stem and can be rotated 45 ° Angle of installation.

.Rotary Angle: double-acting = 90 °, single acting = 90 ° + / - 5 ° from the Angle of adjustable on both ends.

.Working environment temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃.

.Air source: clean air that is filtered, dry or lubricated. Minimum pressure 0.1 Mpa, maximum pressure 1Mpa.

.Basic design: pneumatic double cylinder double piston fork drive mechanism. Model AW = double action; Model AWS = single action (spring reset).

.AW series of pneumatic device used with 90℃ rotary valve (1/4 turn). Such as ball valve, butterfly valve, cock and so on. The product design and manufacture adopts JIS standard, and the valve connection department adopts iso 5211.
